Martin, Clarence M.
March 13, 1940 - January 11, 2025

Clarence M. Martin, 84, of Fairmount Homes, formerly of Leola, passed into eternity with his heavenly Father on January 11, 2025. He was married to Arlene Zoll Martin, who preceded him in death in 2021. He was born to the late Paul S. and Lizzie Mellinger Martin in East Earl, PA.

Clarence was a member of Groffdale Mennonite (Brick) Church. He was a mason for Lancaster Masonry, formerly Grant Smith & Son, for over 40 years. He was a member of the Garden Spot Hunting Club in Sullivan Co. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working in his garden.

Clarence is survived by his children Jay, husband of Audrey (Horst) Martin, Brenda, wife of Dale Weaver, and Terry. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Evelyn Ritchie. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Sue (Shannon) Martin, brothers: Jeremiah, Paul, Jr., Leroy, and Raymond, and sister, Emma Hess, and a great-grandson, Logan Garman.

A viewing will be held on Friday, January 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Groffdale Mennonite (Brick) Church, 168 N. Groffdale Rd., Leola. An additional viewing will be held on Saturday, January 18 from 9 to 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at Groffdale Mennonite (Brick) Church with Pastor Tom Eshleman officiating. Interment will take place at the Groffdale Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Fairmount Homes in memory of Clarence.

Martin, Clinton D.
August 10, 1989 - January 3, 2025

Clinton D. Martin, 35, of Robesonia, passed away following an accident at work on Friday, January 3, 2025. He was the husband of Julie Bange Martin with whom he shared 13 years of marriage. Born in Memphis, MO he was the son of Curvin M. Martin of Memphis, MO and the late Edith Martin. He was the stepson of Ruth Sensenig Martin.

Clinton worked as a dairy farmer until about 7 years ago. He was employed by TLS Equipment as a mechanic and painter. Clinton was an avid trapper and hunter and had a great love of farm life and anything outdoors.

Clinton was an active member of Zion Mennonite Chapel in Reinholds.

Surviving besides his wife, father and stepmother are four sons, Carson Grant Martin, Jansyn Trent Martin, Bryson Cole Martin, and Easton Drew Martin; three brothers, Delmar husband of Faith Martin, Curvin husband of Esther Martin, and Eldon husband of Karen Martin; and two sisters, Mabel wife of Anthony Weiler, and Ruth wife of Daryl Martin.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 9, at 10:00 A.M. at New Haven Mennonite Church, 230 Crest Road, Lititz, PA. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewings will be held at New Haven Mennonite Church on Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service.
