Troyer, Calvin Paul

August 21, 1949 - January 17, 2026

Calvin Paul Troyer, 76, widower of Mary Ellen (Miller) Troyer, of Stuarts Draft, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at his residence.

Mr. Troyer was born in Kempsville, Virginia on August 21, 1949, son of the late Ezra and Amanda (Kramer) Troyer.

Mr. Troyer was a former pastor of Olive Branch Christian Church. A true jack of all trades, Calvin had a gift for fixing anything that was broken. He also found great joy in the outdoors, going on rides with his youngest daughter, and tending his garden.

Surviving, are two sons, Jonathan Troyer and David Troyer and his wife, Katrina; three daughters, Rosaline K. Gutshall and her husband, Christopher, Darlene F. Lindeman and her husband, Jay, and Desirae J. Troyer; a brother, Ezra Troyer; a sister, Ruth Yoder; and fifteen grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Mt. Zion Cemetery by Pastor Eli Troyer.

Weaver, Mabel Zimmerman

November 10, 1937 - January 6, 2026

Mabel Z. Weaver, 88, of East Earl, died at home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Born in Lancaster on November 10, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Christian and Lydia Sensenig. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond M. Weaver.

Mabel was a member of Centerville Mennonite Church. She enjoyed quilting, baking, and also had helped her late husband operate a roadside produce stand for many years.

She is survived by her children, Marlene, wife of Lester Groff of Ephrata, Nelson, husband of Esther (High) of East Earl, Sanford, husband of Linda (Stoltzfus) of New Holland, Nancy, wife of Carl Martin of Lititz, Mark, husband of Lorraine (Horst) of Womelsdorf, Pearl Good of Lititz, Ruthie, wife of Mike Weaver of Quarryville, Jay, husband of Sharon (Weber) of East Earl, and Roseann, wife of Darvin Rutt of Denver, 33 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Verna Weaver, 3 grandchildren, Amber, Brianna, and Dwayne, a brother, Amos Sensenig, and 3 sisters, Emma Wenger, Frances Martin and Verna Zimmerman.

Funeral services will be held at Centerville Mennonite Church, 201 Sensenig Rd., East Earl, on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. with Bishop Harold Good, Bishop Wilmer Weaver, Mervin Burkholder, Brenden Weaver and Roy Zimmerman officiating. Interment will be in Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Kindly omit flowers. The Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland, is in charge of arrangements.

Wenger, Elizabeth Mae (Schrock)

Mae Wenger, age 91, of Hindman, KY, passed away Tuesday at her home after a long illness

Funeral services for Mae Wenger will be held 10 AM Friday at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Daniel Yoder, Darvin Yoder and Daniel Hartzler officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Mennonite Cemetery at Leburn, Ky. Friends may call at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel 6   9 PM Wednesday and 6   9 PM Thursday with a singing and prayer services Thursday evening at 7 PM.

Wenger, Wayne Justein

October 21, 1919 - February 11, 2008

Wayne Justein Wenger, 88, of Hindman, passed away February 11, 2008 at his home. He was born in South English, Iowa on October 21, 1919 to Homer Wenger and Velma Cook Wenger. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother: 1 son-in-law: David; 1 granddaughter: Evelyn Moyer. He is survived by his wife: Mae Wenger; 1 son: David Wenger; 5 daughters: Lois (Clarence) Miller, Miram Moyer (widow of the late David Moyer), Martha (Daniel) Hartzler, Rhoda (David) Beachy and Julia (Joseph) Miller; sister: Wilma (Paul) Friesen; 14 granddaughters and 11 grandsons; 26 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10AM, Friday, February 15, 2008 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Darvin Yoder, Daniel Yoder and Daniel Hartzler officiating. Burial will follow at the Valley View Mennonite Church Cemetery at Leburn, Kentucky. Visitation after 6PM, Wednesday and Thursday with additional services Thursday evening at 7PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Valley View Mennonite Church.

Wengerd, Mary Ellen (Miller)

July 24, 1957 - December 30, 2025

Mary Ellen Wengerd 68, of Wooster, OH passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 after an extended illness.

She was born on July 24, 1957 to the late Levi R. and Sevilla (Weaver) Miller. On May 27, 1982 she married Roy A. Wengerd who survives.

Mary Ellen was a good cook and also loved working outside in her garden. In her spare time she enjoyed quilting and doing puzzles.

In addition to her husband Roy she is survived by her children, Martha (Lester) Miller of Shreve, Andrew (Anna) Wengerd of Dundee, Susan (Leon) Miller of Dundee, Freda (James) Miller of Sugarcreek and Naomi Wengerd of the home; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Raymond (Laura) Miller of Maysville, Ervin Miller of Orrville, Martha (Alvin) Schlabach of Kidron, James (Rachel) Miller of Sugarcreek; and sisters-in-law, Susan (late David) Miller of Fredericksburg and Susan (Wayne) Mast of Sugarcreek.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two grandchildren, Kevin Miller and Grace Miller; and two brothers, Levi ""Bun"" Miller Jr. and David Miller.

Funeral services will be held at Gospel Haven Mennonite Church, 6871 SR 241, Millersburg, on Saturday, January 3, at 10:00 AM with pastors Dennis Mullet and Steve Stutzman officiating. Burial will follow in the Yoder Cemetery. Friends may call at Gospel Haven Mennonite Church from 6-8 PM on Thursday and from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Friday.
