Survived by his wife Annie and his children, Sharon Heatwole of Weyers Cave, Paul Kanagy of Townville, N.C., Pauline Layman of Dayton, Phil Kanagy and John Kanagy, both of Timberville, David Kanagy of Harrisonburg, Arlen Kanagy of Granite Falls, N.C., and Julia Hales of Richmond; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Mattie Yoder and Amelia Kanagy, both of Stuarts Draft, and Naomi Peachy of Belleville, Pa., and brothers, Lee Kanagy of Belleville, Pa., Ezra Kanagy of Shreve, Urla Kanagy of Hartville, and John Kanagy of Blackville, S.C.; ten grand children; one great grand children.
He was predeceased by a daughter Faith Dawn in 1996.
Memorial service was Monday Nov 9, 1998 at 7 p.m. at Weavers Mennonite Church Harrisonburg, VA with the Revs. Jospeh C. Shenk, Leon Schrock and Ray Geigly officiating. Burial was at Weavers Cemetery on Monday Nov 9, 1998 at 4 p.m.

Glenford D. King,

Wauseon, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 1998, in his home, following a brief
illness.
Born Jan. 21, 1924, near Wauseon, he was a son of
Clarence and Emma (Wyse) King, and Married Ruth Liechty on July 30,
1944. A lifelong resident of the Wauseon
area, he
was a farmer, and owned and operated a portable sawmill business known
as King
Lumber the past nine years. For many
years, he served on the Board of Toledo Rescue Mission and with his
wife,
served in voluntary service at
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two sons, Darrel
(Carolyn) King, Archbold; and Roland (Lovina) King, Wauseon; two
daughters,
Mrs. Larry (Karen) Burkholder, rural Wauseon; and Mrs. Matt (Lanita)
Boyers,
Archbold; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two brothers,
Leonard
(Lois) King, Wauseon, and Ivan (Shirley) King, Archbold, and one
sister, Mrs.
Gene (Mary Alice) Waidelich, Archbold.
