Orval Nafziger, 88,
Archbold,
died Saturday afternoon, May 2, 1998 at the
Born Dec. 1, 1909, near Archbold, he
was the son of Jacob and Amanda (Schmucker) Nafziger, and Married Ada
Crossgrove on Feb. 6, 1934. A lifelong
resident of the Archbold area, he was a retired farmer, and had worked
at
American Gage in Wauseon. He was a
charter member of

Memorial services were Tuesday, 4 p.m.,
at the
Bessie W. (Frey) Nofziger, 95, Archbold,
died Monday, Nov. 9, 1998, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home, Archbold,
where she
had resided since Aug. 6, 1997.
Born Dec. 8, 1902, at Archbold, she was
a daughter of Nicholas J. and Mary (Rupp) Wyse, She married Edgar Frey
on June
7, 1925, and he preceded her in death on June 19, 1939.
She then married Lester D. Nofziger on Sept.
11, 1971, and He preceded her in death on July 31, 1981.
A lifelong resident of the Archbold
area, she taught elementary school in the Archbold area for a total of
35
years, grade 1-8 in a one-room school and then second grade in the
public
school. She was a charter member of the
