Daniel was a member of Old Order Amish Church He was a retired farmer and also loved to make baskets.

Services: Funeral from the residence, Irishtown Road, Ronks, Pa. on Monday at 11 a.m.  Interment in Gordonville Cem., Lancaster Co., Pa.

Lapp, Mary B.

Born: 7-24-1935, Leacock Twp., Lancaster Co., Pa. Died: 12-7-2002, Lancaster, Pa.

Daughter of: late David Z. and Sarah Blank Lapp Surivors: Brothers, Christian B. (Emma King) Lapp of Gap, Pa.,  Amos B. (Mattie
Stoltzfus) Lapp of Gordonville, Pa. Sister, Fannie B. Smucker of Narvon, Pa., and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by Sisters, Rachel Stoltzfus, Rebecca Riehl, and Leah Lapp. Mary was a member of Old Order Amish Church.

Services: From the late home, 130 A. Centerville Road, Gordonville, Pa. on Monday at 11 a.m.  Intement in Myers Amish Cem., Leola, Pa.
Family being served by Furman Funeral Home, Leola, Pa.

Lehman, Marvin Joseph
, 82, of Harrisonburg, VA died May 30, 2002, at Avante Nursing Home. He was born on May 27, 1920, in Dalton, OH, to Jacob and Elizabeth Horst Lehman. On June 26, 1941, he married Mary Vada Wenger, she died on May 28, 1976. On Oct. 2, 1977, he married Martha Witmer, who survives.

He was a member of the Rawley Springs Mennonite Church, Hinton, VA.

Survived by his wife Martha and daughter, Rachel Lahman Robinson, Harrisonburg, VA; two sisters, Lena Rhodes, Harrisonburg, VA and Elizabeth Martin, Dayton, VA; four grandchildren and 12 stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Lahman Weaver Cummings and two sisters, Emma Horst, Dayton, VA and Della Showalter, Mount Crawford, VA.

Funeral service was June 2, 2002 at the Oak Grove Old Order Mennonite Church with Ministers Eli Slabaugh, Paul Reed, James Rhodes, and David Miller officiating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Dayton, VA.

Lehman, Nellie C. Wadel
, 87, of Chambersburg, PA died May 30, 2002, at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born April 12, 1915, near Shippensburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William P. and Annie Shriner Wadel.  

She was a member of Chambersburg Mennonite Church

She is survived by her husband, Fred A. Lehman, whom she married June 12, 1943; a daughter, Lucille A. Sauder of Lititz, PA; a son, Eugene R. Lehman of Chambersburg, PA; two sisters, Julia Wadel and Anna Weaver, both of Shippensburg, PA; two brothers, Ira Wadel and John Wadel, both of Shippensburg, PA; a granddaughter; three grandsons; three great-granddaughters; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Carlton Lehman, two sisters and four brothers.

Service was June 3, 2002 at Chambersburg Mennonite Church. The Revs. Jerry Roth, Preston Frey, Samuel Wadel and Samuel Troyer will officiate. Burial will be in Chambersburg Mennonite Cemetery Chambersburg, PA.

Livengood, Elizabeth G.
Born: 12-26-1922, East Earl Twp., Lancaster Co., Pa. Died: 10-29-2002, Lancaster General Hosp., Lancaster, Pa.

Wife of: Ira H. Livengood (4-26-1925/11-18-1988).  Daughter of: Barton B. and Mabel Martin Gehman.

Survivors: Sons, Glenn G. (Betty Nissley) Livengood of Haines, Alaska, Nelson G. (Linda Gingerich) Livengood of Lancaster, Pa., Donald G. (Dorothy Hathaway) Livengood of Lancaster, Pa., Thomas G. (Brenda Diem) Livengood, of Lancaster, Pa.  Daughters, Deborah L. (Lewis W.) Martin of Gap, Pa., Eileen L. (Kenneth E.) Kunkel of Manheim, Pa.  Grandchildren: 19.  Brothers, Harold M. (Gladys) Gehman of Mt. Joy, Pa., Ivan M. (Ruth) Gehman of Harrison Valley, Pa.  Sisters, Esther M. Gehman of Landisville, Pa., and Ruth G. (Roy A.) Weaver of Lancaster, Pa.

Elizabeth was a member of Mellinger Mennonite Church, Lancaster, Pa. She enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Services: Mellinger Mennonite Church, 1916 Lincoln Hwy. East, Lancaster, Pa. on Friday, Nov. 1, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Leon H. Oberholtzer officiating.  Interment in Mellinger Mennonite Cem.  Visitation on Thurs. Oct. 31, 2002, 7-9 p.m.  and on Friday from 9:30 until time of service.
