YODER.- Fred, son of Dan J. and Rebecca (Schrock) Yoder, was born Nov. 26, 1893 in Newton County, Ind.; died in the Washington County Hospital, Washington, Iowa, on Mar. 15, 1976, at the age of 82 years, 3 months and 18 days. On Jan. 8, 1914, he was married to Mattie Mast near Arthur, Ill. He united with the O.O. Amish Church in his youth, remaining faithful to the end. He leaves to mourn his departure his wife and 5 brothers: Harve and George of Bowling Green, Mo.; Sol of Amelia, Va.; Ben of Stuarts Draft, Va., and Leo of Kalona, Iowa. Also nine step-brothers and sisters, one uncle and one aunt and a number of nephews and nieces and many other friends and relatives. Father, mother, one brother and 3 sisters preceded him in death.
Fred had been in failing health for over two years, then on Mar. 7 he had a stroke which left him helpless, he was then taken to the hospital where he died 8 days later. On Nov. 11, 1947, he and his wife moved from Kokomo, Ind., to Kalona where they resided since. Services were held in the Mrs. Wm. E. Miller home near Kalona on Mar. 18, 1976, by Bishop Mose W. Yoder, Nappanee, Ind., and Bishop Jerry J. Yoder, Garnett, Kan., and Bishop Alva Swartzendruber of Kalona in English, in the large house, and Min. Adin C. Miller of Kalona, and Min. Noah A. Anderson of Nappanee in the small house. Burial in Peter Miller Cemetery northeast of Kalona.

YODER.- Martha (Stutzman) Yoder was born March 5, 1934, daughter of Levi J. and Amanda (Graber) Stutzman. Died May 10, 1976, at the age of 42 years, 2 months and 5 days. She was married to Edwin J. Yoder on Jan. 27, 1955, lived in matrimony 21 years. To this union were born 4 chil-dren, Howard, Mary, Irene and Carol, all at home. She leaves to mourn her depar-ture a deeply bereaved husband and four children, 1 brother Floyd of Sullivan, Ill., 2 sisters, Mrs. Eli (Anna) Kauffman of Arthur, Ill., Mrs. Monroe (Mary) Herschberger of Arcola, Ill., and a host of other relatives and friends. Her father preceded her Apr. 7, 1975, and mother June 15, 1975, also a brother. Services were held in the home by Min. Dan J. P. Miller of Geauga County, Ohio, and Bish. Joe L. Graber, Oden, Ind., in Grandpa house by Min. Eli Mast and Pete Graber both of Nappanee, Ind., and in a tent by Min. Fred Yoder and Min. Abe Yoder, both of Milton, Iowa. Burial in Yoder Cemetery S.E. of Arthur.

YODER. - Perry M. Yoder was born Sept. 16, 1899, in Lagrange County, Indiana; died June 25, 1976, at the age of 76 years, 9 months and 9 days, of cancer. On Mar. 2, 1922, he was married to Anna Miller, who survives. To this union were born: one son Clyde, married to Nona Weirich; and one daughter Edna Mae, wife of Andrew Schrock. Clyde died in June of 1967. His wife, one daughter and daughter-in-law with eight grandchildren survive. In 1943 he was ordained to the ministry in the Old Order Amish Church, and very ably filled his calling. He is also survived by three sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Monroe (Katie) Miller of Topeka, Ind.; Mrs. John (Gertie) Christner of Shipshewana, Ind.; Mrs. Jacob (Sarah) Kropf; Ernest of Garret, Ind ; and Orva of Shipshewana, Ind. Father, mother, two brothers and one sister preceded him in death. Services were held at a neighbor's home south of Shipshewana, with approxi-mately 1,000 people in attendance. Services were conducted by Jerry Yoder of Garnett, Kan., Orvin Hooley (in English) and the home Bishop John Troyer in a large shed. Harry Stutzman of Middlebury, Ind., and Jonas J. Beachy of Riverside, Iowa, in the house, and Harley Yoder of Shipshewana, and Wallace Byler of Belle Center, Ohio, in the basement of the house.

YUTZY.- Fannie N. (Stutzman) Yutzy, daughter of Noah E. and Mattie (Miller) Stutzman, was born in Brown County, Ind., on Sept. 30, 1896; and died June 11, 1976, near Arthur, Ill., at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 12 days; she was a member of the O.O. Amish Church. On Jan. 30, 1919, she was married to Simon F. Yutzy, and lived in matrimony over 57 years. To this union were born 7 sons and 4 daughters. She leaves to mourn her departure, her husband, 4 sons, and 4 daughters; Noah. Sarasota. Fla.; Sol J. of McMinnville, Ore.; Enos of Tuscola, Ill.; Melvin of Plain City, Ohio.; Martha of Sarasota, Fla.; Mrs. Ber-nard (Mary) Butler of Plain City, Ohio; Mrs. Joas J. (Esther) Chupp of Shipshewana, Ind.; Mrs. Merle A. (Minnie) Gingerich of Arthur, Ill.; 31 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Those preceding her in death were her parents, 3 sons, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and 1 grandchild. Services were held in the Melvin A Gingerich home on June 15, by Min. Fred Yoder of Milton, Iowa, and Min. William G. Miller of Arthur, Ill., burial in Otto Cemetery south of Arthur.
