Mrs. I.S. Stauffer, Leaves 164 Kin
Mrs. Hettie M. Stauffer, 89, of New Holland R2, died Sunday
morning [Nov.30, 1980] at the Ephrata Community Hospital following a
two-week illness.
She was the wife of Isaac S. Stauffer. Born in Caernarvon
Township, she was a daughter of the late George and Anna Martin Weaver.
She was a member of the New Holland Frame Mennonite Church. On
Nov. 3, she and her husband celebrated their 66th wedding
anniversary. They were longest married couple in their church.
In addition to her husband she is survived by six children, Willis W.,
Eli W. and Daniel W., all of New Holland R2, Isaac W., Myerstown R1;
Lydia W. wife of Daniel S. Martin, Denver R3 and Esther W. wife of
Harry Snyder, New Holland R1; 53 grandchildren, 104 great-grandchildren
and one sister, Lydia M. Horst, New Holland R1.
