Neuenschwander, Wilbert "Willie," 66, of Berne, Ind., died Sept. 24, 2002, at Lutheran Hospital. He was born May 1, 1936, in Adams County to Amos and Lavina (Amstutz) Neuenschwander and married Ruby Moser on July 2, 1960.
Survived by his wife and children, Tim and Ed Neuenschwander, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Kristi (Tracy) Zurcher of Berne, Ind.; five grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd and Joel Neuenschwander, both of Berne, Ind., Denver Neuenschwander of Geneva, Ind., and Ben Neuenschwander of Culbertson, Neb.; and sisters, Estella (Reuben) Nussbaum of Monroe, Ind., and Lorene (Dwight) Brenneman of Pennsylvania.
Services will be Sept 26, 2002 at Evangelical Mennonite Church, Berne, Ind., with the Rev. David Bocker officiating. Private burial will be in the church cemetery.

Peachey, Alvin J., 82, of Reedsville, died Oct. 2, 2002, at Centre Community Hospital. Born July 22, 1920, in Belleville, PA to Simmon J. and Susan (Bawel) Peachey. His first wife, Effie (Kauffman) Peachey, she died in 1955, and his second wife, Mary A. (Yoder) Peachey, He was also a minister and member at Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Church
Survived by his wife Mary and children, Mrs. Raymond (Linda) Yoder, Adams, NY, Mrs. David (Katie) Peight, Belleville, Leon A. and Elsie Peachey, Reedsville, Mrs. Martin (Vera) Yoder, Huntingdon, Mrs. Alvin (Anna Mary) Zook, Virginia Beach, VA, Mrs. Samuel (Lovina) Swarey, Allensville, David J. and Ruth Peachey Reedsville, Steve A. and Minnie Peachey, Reedsville, and Mrs. John (Saloma) Byler, Allensville; brothers and sisters, Aaron B. Peachey, Anna E. 73, of Belleville, died March 5, 2002, at her home. Born July 12, 1928, in Belleville, she was a daughter of the late Jonas J. and Annie B. (Yoder) Peachey. She was a member of Allensville Mennonite Church and the Dorcas Sisters Sunday School Class and also the Sisters Sewing Circle at the church
Surviving are: sisters, Mrs. Mose (Lomie) Zook, Belleville, and Kore J. Peachey, 61 Pond Place, McVeytown; and eight nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Peachey, and two sisters, Nancy Peachey and Rhoda Peachey.
Her funeral service was March 8, 2002 at Allensville Mennonite Church, Allensville, with the Rev. Mark Zook and the Rev. Earl Peachey officiating. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Belleville. Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, 3813 W. Main St., Belleville, handled the arrangements.

Peachey, preceded her in death May 24, 1991. She was a member of the Mountain View Mennonite Chapel, Reedsville. She was also a member of the Women's Missionary Sewing Circle of the church
Surviving are: children, Chester M. Peachey, Trout Run, Elam J. Peachey, Hesston, KS, Willard J. Peachey, Belleville, Allen R. Peachey, Goshen, IN, Mrs. Floyd Anna Mary Borntrager, Humboldt, IL, Mrs. Lowell Marlene Wenger, Mt. Sidney, VA; 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Chester, John, Albert, and Norman C. Yoder and a sister, Amanda Blyer..
Her funeral service was Oct 12, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Mennonite Chapel, Reedsville with Rev. Lester Diller and Rev. Galen Sharp officiating. Interment was at 11 a.m. Saturday Oct 12, 2002 in Locust Grove Cemetery.

Peachey, Christian C. 84, of Millmont, PA died Oct. 6, 2002. Born Jan. 7, 1918, in Belleville, Mifflin County, PA to John Henry and Sadie Catherine Sharp Peachey. His wife, the former Naomi Ruth Mayer, whom he married Dec. 14, 1942 in Rockville, MD, survives. He attended Millmont Mennonite Church.
At his request, a private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family in Buffalo Mennonite Church, RR3, Lewisburg, PA.

Peachey, Eldora L. Hertzler, 91, of Belleville, PA died at Oct. 19, 2002, at Valley View Haven. Born May 4, 1911, in RR1, Belleville, PA to Samuel and Rebecca (Byler) Hertzler. Her husband, Raymond S. Peachey preceded her in death on June 25, 1980. She was a member of the Locust Grove Mennonite Church, Willing Workers Sunday School Class, a Sunday School teacher, and a member of Belleville senior citizens
Surviving are: five children, Mrs. Samuel L. (Ruth) Yoder, RD, Belleville, Mrs. Eugene (Pauline) Stucky, Lennox, SD, Leonard Peachey and his wife Esther, Belleville, Mrs. Byron (Zelda) Zook, Mill Creek HCR 61, and Mrs. David (Eleanor) Stoltfus, Bridgewater, VA; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was the last of her immediate family having been preceded in death by four sisters, Mattie Yoder, Amanda Smucker, Bertha Hartzler, and Sadie M. Hertzler.
Her funeral service was oct 24, 2002 at Valley View Haven Chapel, Belleville with Reverends Max Zook, Galen Sharp, and Erie Renno officiating. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery.

Peachey, Ezra J. Jr., 77, of Belleville, PA died Dec. 4, 2002 at Valley View Haven. Born Aug. 6, 1925, in Belleville, PA to Ezra J. and Clara (Bender) Peachey Sr. His wife, Verda "Toot" (Peachey) Peachey whom he married Nov. 28, 1946, of Belleville, he survives. He was a member of Locust Grove Mennonite Church and the Lewistown Ostomy Assoc.
Also surviving are: three children, Gerald J. and Dennis R. Peachey, and Mrs. Kenneth (Bonita) Stoltzfus, all of Belleville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was the last of his immediate family having been preceded in death by an infant daughter April 11, 1951; four brothers, Raymond, Merle, Leonard, and Norman Peachey; and two sisters, Thelma Bawel Byler and Viola Scheffel.
His funeral service was Dec 7, 2002 at Valley View Haven Chapel, Belleville with Revs. Max Zook, Galen Sharp and Laban Peachey officiating. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Belleville, PA. A viewing will be from 6:30-9 p.m. Friday at Baggus Funeral Home, Belleville.

She is survived by her husband, Russell V. Petre, whom she marred Dec. 3, 1929; eight daughters, Naomi H. Rudolph of Smithsburg, Ruth H. Weaver of Boiling Springs, Pa., Anna H. Martin and Elva H. Martin, both of Hagerstown, Mary E. Petre, at home, Iva H. Petre of Winchester, Va., Lela H. Martin of Gleason, Wis., and Dorcas E. Brubaker of Seven Valleys, Pa.; five sons, Aldus H. Petre of Waynesboro, Pa., Merle H. Petre of Williamsport, Roy H. Petre of Hagerstown, Daniel R. Petre of York, Pa., and Mahlon S. Petre of Gap Mills, W.Va.; one sister, Ada B. Horst of Maugansville; one brother, Mahlon B. Horst of Harrisonburg, Va.; 103 grandchildren; 367 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Nelson H. Petre; three sisters; two brothers; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Reiff Mennonite Church near Cearfoss. The Reiff and Paradise Mennonite Church Ministries will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
